The judges, prosecutors and cops on this site have created some real monsters, by fixing trials, catering to there friends and misguided hatred for the public in general. The killers and perverts they have been aiding and abetting are now braking all laws with little fear of there protectors doing anything. They know just how afraid these judges, cops and prosecutors are of being exposed now that they've fixed trials and juries for them. (17) 

     Aug.,6Th,2009; I have DISHnetwork installed for a friend that was going to share my rent with me and wanted DISHnetwork because of a promotion, (scam) DISHnetwork is running, like there partner company, Wild Blue, owned by Black Sheep enterprises of Georgetown Ca. I had to file a formal complaint with my credit card company to get my money back from Wild Blue, my landlord, being a little wiser then me pays everything by check, the drawback on that is DISHnetwork will turn her in to a collection agency and try there best to ruin her credit rating if she don't pay DISHnetwork the extortion money they expect. Wild Blue and DISHnetwork both rely on early cancellation, two month advanced program billing and equipment costs to make the bulk of there money, without actually providing a service.

     The DISHnetwork installer came to the house and determined that the Dish had to be put on the roof as the landlords DTV dish and my Hughesnet dish was on the front of the house. The installer completed the installation, had my landlord sign off on it and left, he drove about a block, stopped and backed up to the front of the house, with his van still running he gets out, opens the rear doors, gets out a pair of cable cutters, closes the doors, walks over to the front porch, pulls the old broken rails, (I had piled against the door as it is seldom used) off onto the ground so he could get at the DTV cables and cut them along with the ground wire. While this is going on, I'm putting on a shirt and hurry out to the front of the house, I look at the situation and yell hey! he was just getting his van, I ask him "what the hell did you do that for?, that's the landlords stuff, I bought those cables myself". He said, I had to, if they check up on me and see it's not disabled, I won't be assigned any more work. I said "hook the goddamn thing back up!" The installer then said, I'd be fired for sure if I did that, I don't know the settings anyway, I got to get to my next job, and drove off. I went into the house and checked out the TV, all of the local channels and several of the movie channels were so blurry they were impossible to see. After trying to deal with DISHnetwork for two days my landlord cancelled the service Aug.8Th, under the threat of having to pay a $360.00 early cancellation fee.

     Sunday, Aug. 9Th; A state police officer comes to my door. He tells me he would like to talk to me about my neighbors Internet cables being cut, That Mrs Christian said that she had had some problems with me before, and thought that I might have done it. "Sound familiar?" Check out Toni Christians co-conspirator officer Provost statement on page 3-My first experience with. 4 and 5 as I have had dealings with him before.The officer then shows me a baggie with a pair of blue handled wire cutters in it, saying he was getting them fingerprinted along with the cut cables, after I assured him that he wouldn't find my prints on anything he asked to look in my garage. I allowed him to look in the garage, I showed him my own digital cables etc. He thanked me for my co-operation and left.

     Monday morning, Aug.10Th; I call my Internet installer to check on a scheduled order, I tell him about DISHnetwork cutting the DTV cables, He tells me he had cut my neighbors cables because they wouldn't pay him for the installation and she came running out, yelling that she was calling the police, obviously she decided to tell them that she thought I did it rather than they wouldn't pay for the installation. Now I decide I will call in on the DISHnetwork guy for cutting my landlords cables. (Equal protection under Michigan law) I call the Iron Mountain state police post, tell them about the DISHnetwork installer cutting the cables. The officer I talked to said it was an accident, not a police matter and I could sue. A few minutes later, DISHnetwork writes a letter to my landlord, stating "the Tech did, however, accidentally disconnectthe DTV for the other tenants". "As of today you have a prerogative to take further actions and pursue the claim in the way you believe appropriate". With this letter DISHnetwork included a bill for two months advanced billing of $116.82. The advanced billing of $116.82 and the $360.00 early cancellation fee totals $476.82 for a service DISHnetwork never provided and an installation that was so far off alignment with the satellite it couldn't pick-up the channels and a fire hazard because the technician never grounded the equipment, although by law they are supposed to.

     (pg.1)    (pg.14) Another killer walks; 3:15 A.M, Thursday, Sept., 12Th, Charles (Ernie) Chandler carriers out the carefully planned murder of an informant that was trying to get the goods on a Judge and his wife. I didn't see Lambert (Shorty) Chapman (pg.12) till May of 1996, when a State police (NARC) contact set up a meeting between the three of us, Though I had known Shorty since 1968. We both knew Ernie quite well and what he was capable of. Around the 1St, of Aug.,96, Ernies wife told me she was worried that (Ern) was going to kill Shorty, that a couple of days ago he found out that Shorty was in contact with a State cop in Lansing and he (Ernie) said he was getting another gun to take care of him. (Shorty) Sept. 13, 96, Front page news, Durand man arrested for open murder. Charles Ernest Chandler, 57, of Durand. Has been charged by Shiawassee County Prosecuting Attorney Randy O. Colbry with open murder and felony firearm, as the result of the shooting death of Lambert Wallace Chapman, 47, also of Durand. 911 tape: Ernie is heard on the 911 tape identifying himself and saying "I'm the one who shot him.", "I shot him in the chest because he came toward me" Shortys girlfriend, Helen Luchs, can be heard on the tape informing the dispatcher that the shooting took place about a minute before the 3:42 a.m. call was recorded and asked for a ambulance. When the sheriffs department got there, Ernie, was standing in the driveway, Identified himself and said "There was a man in the house, he wouldn't leave, he provoked me, I shot him."

     Sept.18Th, I go and visit Jo, Ernies wife, to find out what really happened, Lamberts sister is there (**). Jo said that it actually happened at 3:15 in the morning and there was several other people there that helped her get Shortys girlfriend to lie and say that she heard a gun shot, looked up and saw Ernie holding the rifle and Lambert laying on the floor and that her, Lambert and Ernie was the only ones there, except Jo, who had gone to bed earlier. Then at 3:42 they called 911. Jo then goes on to say that She knew it would happen when Ern came home with the gun, she didn't think he would do it with so many people there. That Ern all of a sudden started picking on Shorty, saying he didn't like how Lambert treated Helen and that Shorty was sitting on the floor against the wall, Ern, got up off the couch and went in the bedroom, come out with the rifle, cocked it and shot shorty. The picture taken at the scene, from outside the house, showed where the bullet had gone through Lambert and exited the house about 18 inches up from the floor where Lambert was sitting. (**) Shortys sister, Ernie and Jo, have been a threesome every since I've known Shorty. Lambert (Shorty) had disowned his sister long before I met him over her thing with Ernie and Jo. I've never known of the two of them to ever be in the same place at the same time.

     Nov.,19Th,1996; I had just got home when the phone rings. Ernies wife, Jo, is on the line asking me to come over as she had talked to the prosecutor last week and was supposed to call him back and wanted to talk to me first. I go to her place and as usual Lamberts sister is there, first Jo tells me about talking to the prosecutor the week before, saying she called Randy Colbry and asked him if he could help Ernie, that he was a upstanding member of the community and judge Lostracco knew him as such. She then went on to tell me that her and Lamberts sister came up with this to bring attention to the judge of just who Ernie was, the judges wife's coke dealer. What she asked of me was if there was anything I could add to make sure judge Lostracco got the message. I said no and she called the prosecutors office and asks for Mr. Colbry. I couldn't hear what was being said, but when she hung up she related the conversation to Judy, (Lamberts sister), and me, stating that Randy said that he would see what he could do but he (Ernie) would have to sit in jail, till around March or April of next year, after the elections. Jo said she then told Colbry that Lamberts girlfriend was really confused that night and now remembers what happened was that Lambert pulled on the gun and it went off. Randy said he didn't hear any of that and hung up.  

     (pg.15)March,13Th,1997; Colbry goes to trial with the only witness to the shooting, Helen Luchs and her statement that Ernies wife, Jo, was in bed, she (Helen) heard the Shot, looked up and saw Erine holding the gun and Lambert laying on the floor. Expert testimony stated that the shot that killed Lambert was fired from at least a foot away. Ernies court appointed attorney stated, Chandler's gun went off accidentally after striking a door jamb. Helen Luchs, the states star wittiness suddenly changed her story,(on the stand) testifing that Lambert was pulling on the gun saying go ahead kill me mother f__ker and the gun went off.

     (pg.11) 4:30 p.m.,March,13Th; The jury returns a verdict of not guilty. (pg.21) The Honorable trial Judge, Gerald D. Lostracco, didn't even bat an eye when Luchs changed her story, (pg.16) from not seeing what happened to seeing the victim commit suicide. "I'm sure the honorable Judge Lostracco wasn't all that surprised". The prosecutor Randy Colbry kept his promise to Ernies wife, not only with his star wittiness changed testimony as to what happened, he fixed the jury, there was at the least, 2 people on the jury who I had seen and partied with at Ernies and several other places, smoking pot, snorting coke and popping pills. I was also present when these people had purchased coke from Ernie.
