(13) When a law enforcement agency spends 100's of man hours and 1,000's of tax dollars on an investigation they
have to show something for the money. Steve D. is a 36 year old white male, he owns a 2006 Buick, he and his wife alternate
taking care of his ailing father who lives in a near-by town, neither Steve or his wife have the faintest idea that right
across the street from his fathers house is a drug house that has been under surveillance for several months, in fact they
have both parked in front of the place several times. After several months of investigation the police still haven't been
able to come up with the supplier. They have all of the information on Steve from a satellite shot of his plate
# that led to his VIN # through On-Star, (alerts). All they have to show for the money and time is an arrest. Steve
is arrested and charged with drug dealing. He is shown the evidence of his vehicle being parked in front of and across the
street from the drug house and told that he used his visits to his father as a cover for selling drugs and is offered a plea-bargain,
a good enough deal that he takes it knowing it would cost him well over ten grand to fight it and even then he knows he would
probably lose... Jaime Corona made lieutenant on stuff like this with his lies and false statements and

Jan,12/2010;I called Walgreens pharmacy to get some prescriptions refilled, 1/11/10, after giving the script #'s
to the pharmacist she told me we can't fill the Vicodin it's too early, I said I know that I didn't give you the #'s
for it, she said how soon will you be picking them up? I said it wouldn't be till tomorrow probably around noon, the pharmacist
said fine we'll see you then. I went in the next day at ...... the pharmacist apologised for not having my scripts ready
and asked if I could come back in 1/2 hour, I said yes and went across the street and returned to Walgreens about 20 minutes
later. The pharmacist is sitting in a car with four young people, a girl is sitting in the drivers seat, the pharmacist is
in the front seat next to two young boys and there are two young boys in the back seat, about 5 minutes later the pharmacist
exits the car and went into the store, I waited a few more minutes and went in, the car with the kids in was still in the
lot. I say kids because none of them looked old enough to drive. I go to the counter and pick up my scripts. As soon as I
got in my car one of the boys came up to my car and attempted to get in the passenger door, I rolled down the window and asked
him what the hell did he think he was doing, he said we got to go over to Ricks to get the money, I said what money? he said
you know, you got them right? I said I don't know who the hell you think I am, get outta here. He ran back to the
car and I left. I get home and see that the pharmacist had refilled the Vicodin 2 weeks early. I know the Dr. has to
sign for narcotics and they are too busy to look up every thing and rely on the pharmacy to refill scripts of that nature
properly. I was baffled as to why the insurance co. would ok it though. (ever try to get a insurance co. to pay for anything
early?) I called a friend in Detroit that I had worked with before and after the DEA was established. He told me that the
State police in every state he knows of was not allowed to investigate national pharmacies that they had to go through the
DEA now, that if it was up to the states there wouldn't be any-where near the amount of controlled stuff getting
on the streets. ((***)) I said how about the insurance company? they
pay for it. He said there usually the suppliers too, Who's your insurance co.? I said WellCare, he said there you
go that's Walgreens, in the long run they make more money, the more they get rid of the cheaper they get the stuff, the
more addicts they get out there the more they make in the long run. We talked about several other issues when he gave
me a # for the DEA in Detroit and said not to call there though before you hear from _ _ _ that he would call him
and have him call me at _ _ _ at 2:45, could I be there then? I said yes. I got _ _ _ call at 1:30, a time and
place difference that we had worked out years ago. _ _ _ and _ _ _ wanted to get some names and work out some problems
some people were having and asked me if I would have any problem in telling the DEA agent about a certain page on this
site, that I could expect some action that I may not like or want and _ _ _ people would keep tabs on me and let
me know what locations to check out and what vehicles to look for around those locations.
I called the DEA # in Detroit and told them what _ _ _ had told me to
tell them about Walgreens. The agent I talked to brushed it off saying it looks like they were trying to rob you, I explained
the thing about the pharmacist again and he repeated it looked like they was trying to rob me. Then I told him about this
site and pg.___ . That resulted in the action _ _ _ told me I could expect.
The first thing involved was On-Stars tracking and alerts, my cell phone and my landlords
land line being tapped, my landlords garage being broken into and a wireless device plugged into the On-Star (USB)
port in the GM vehicle I was driving. If it was a 2005 or newer GM vehicle they would not have had to plug
anything into it, it would all be in the wiring harness. (Bait car) They already had my landlords ph.
tapped for a long time and my cell phone every since i got it. I canceled my cell phone and everything I was told
would happen did. After my call to the DEA, the DEA put a tap over the tap that the state police had on my landlords land
line. My landlords garage was broken into twice. The first time was to look for a camera that was believed to be in the vehicle
from information I supplied while in the car, while I'm being tracked by On-Star with alerts for when I crossed a state line,
when I returned home and several other locations as well as audio from within the car. Later the USB device was removed while
the car was parked in the driveway overnight. The gov. (DEA) has spent more money on me over this site than the average person
makes in 3 years. If I'm not a bad guy worthy of all of that attention and money, it's got be job protection and agency
survival. The DEA is only one of many gov. agencies that don't have to answer to anyone for anything, making huge amounts
of money for the gov. off the tax payers with no restraints. While blowing money and time on whistle blowers. The AMA
doe's it by proxy, Medicare and Meicaid. (X)
((***)) Some
information can take a long time to get, especially for state police trying to get info from the gov. on anything that could
threaten the livelihood of a agency that's created for the sole reason of getting tax money to expand government. First they
have to create a problem for that agency to exist, (DEA) The agency has to get more drugs on the streets in order to get over
a billion dollars a year from the tax payers. To do that they have to allow certain pharmacies to fill scripts early, fill fraudulent
scripts and not interfere with those pharmacies. The main reason why they don't stop the drugs at the source or
bust the suppliers. In the early sixties the gov. put the age old philosophy, allow the masses there opiates and religion
and they won't rebel in place. If they do rebel the gov. just uses our own people to kill a few of us (National
guard, KENT STATE). Then when the black people started rioting for there rights they come up with crack for that unique problem,
a part of society that couldn't afford what was available to the rest of the masses. Cheep, available and highly addictive.
Ever hear of a crack lab getting busted?. The only reason Marijuana is kept illegal is it makes the user passive. An
attitude of make love not war makes it nearly impossible to get people to volunteer to go to some other country and kill it's
citizens.
I've received several calls in
the past week and need to clarify a few things. N0.1, I don't know who I talked to when I called in my scripts on 1/11/10.
The pharmacist that waited on me on 1/12/10 was not the one who I saw in the car with the kids. The one I saw in the
car was the one that asked me to come back in a 1/2 hour. When I first went into Walgreens on the 12th.
the pharmacist that I later saw in the car was near the front of the store, (the prescription counter is in the rear) She
had a cart and appeared to have been stocking shelves, I know she was a pharmacist as she had waited on me before when I picked
up scripts. As soon as I entered the store she called me by name (mister Eldridge) and approached me asking me if I could
come back in 1/2 hour that they were really busy, I purchased a few items and left. See above.
On 5/11/10 a woman called me and asked if I would meet her in town that
she wanted to talk to me about my web site. I agreed to meet her at a restaurant across the street from Walgreens where I
have had lunch several times and she said her daughter used to work there. I went to the restaurant Friday, 5/14/10 at the
time we agreed on, while eating my lunch I noticed a young lady sitting with an older lady looking in my direction several
times to the point it was making me a little uncomfortable. I was in the middle of my lunch about the time they left the restaurant,
they had no more then left when the waitress came up to me and asked me if I was supposed to meet someone there, I said
yes and she handed me a cell phone she had in her hand saying someone wants to talk to you. I said hello, a lady comes on
and says is this Mr. Eldridge? I said yes, The woman said this is Kelly I was just in the restaurant I just wanted to see
what you looked like my daughter pointed you out to me. (me) I think I saw you did you have a brown jacket on? and your
daughter has dark hair? why didn't you let me know who you were? (Kelly) I just wanted to see what you looked
like, didn't you recognize my daughter? (me) No. (Kelly) A friend told me about your web site and about you saying a pharmacist
at Walgreens was sitting in her car, she said you said she was driving and trying to get some pills from you. (me) Well
your friend read it wrong but how would she know I was talking about your daughter? I didn't describe her or
anything, I just said there was a girl sitting in the drivers seat, I couldn't see her well enough to say what she looked
like. (Kelly) I could have misunderstood her but my daughter was at Walgreens that day to get some things from a friend of
my husbands that was supposed to meet her there, she doesn't know him and a friend of hers that works there must have thought
you was him. (me) Let me get this straight, you wanted me to come to this place just so you could see what I looked like, your
daughters friend who just happens to be a pharmacist thought I was somebody else that your daughter was supposed to be
getting some drugs from for her dad, right? (Kelly) No thats not right, my daughter would never have anything to do with
anything like that, she was supposed to be getting some stuff that my husbands friend was picking up for him and it definitely
was not drugs. (me) This sounds pretty screwy for one thing a kid got out of that car and wanted me to take him someplace
to get some money for some narcotics that I didn't even know I had at the time, they had to have got that information
from that pharmacist friend of your daughters I'd be willing to bet that's why the pharmacist had me come back so she could
get hold of your daughter probably right here at this joint. you did say she used to work here. (Kelly) Look here mister
I want you to take that stuff about my daughter off that site she graduates this year and she don't need to be accused of
being involved in anything like that (me) How would anybody even know who I'm talking about? I don't have any idea who
any of you are, why did you call me in the first place?, and why did you want to know what I looked like? (Kelly) I'm not
going over all of that again I just want you to take that stuff off that site, is there anything I can say or do to make you
take it off? She's a good kid, she doesn't need anything like that being said about her. (me) Hey there has to be something
going on or you wouldn't be telling me all this stuff you would have been better off not calling me in the first place, I
thought it was kids buying dope from sombody a pharmacist was involved with now it looks like mommy and daddy are involving
there kids in there dope deals. (Kelly) We know your name and address from your web site and now I know what you look
like if you don't take it out you will be sorry, your not getting my kids in trouble do you understand me? (me) The police
keep tabs on me and my site, you should have read it, there's cameras in Walgreens parking lot and when they look
at the video of that day, I'm sure they already have, either way they will again, The girl I saw behind the driver seat
that I also saw in the restaurant with you has reddish brown hair, is about five foot three inches tall, the car was
about a 1993 off white Chrysler product with rust along the rocker panels, it was parked in the middle front row of cars near
the first entrance off Stephenson avenue and I'm putting all of this on my site, with any luck the plates will show up
too. While I'm saying this, Kelly, or what-ever her name is is yelling profanities and threats and
hung up before I did. I called the waitress to give her back her phone and asked her if she knew who had called, she said
no that people called often to check on the times they were open. I then asked her if it was her phone or the restaurants,
she said they call for a lot of reasons mostly to ask whats on the menu. I asked is it the restaurants phone?, she said
I have to get back to my customers and split, (Hmmm). July 1st 2010, I received information that 1/12/10 was a set-up
by the st. police. Kelly? was most likely working off a court order or a informant working under the threat of prison for
a crime she was caught at and didn't count on me not selling the pills to her, for sure she never counted on me putting it
all on this site. A lot of times when the cops bust someone they ask them if they know me in hopes of finding someone to lie,
saying I was there supplier or anything to keep from being charged. All due to whistle blowing, (16) on dirty cops, judges and prosecutors. (#)
