Wow!, because I never thought anyone could type so much with one finger. I will use this page to answer some questions people have been asking and to clarify stuff that I'm told I could explain in more detail. I haven't been keeping this site up to date or much of anything since my cat Buster, died a few months ago. Had a pretty bad time with it, though I was his waiter for a long time, a job I dearly miss.

    Been at this for several years and just realized that the name Christian, (pg3) is a very good and honorable name. In fact it is one of the most respected names in the area. Every family has it's imperfections. I wonder if it would have went this far if it was just Toni's thing? (9) when I consider a judge telling a cop it's OK to lie on complaints, and another judge being outraged that I had refused to plea-bargain my innocence. I wonder where the conspiracy actually started, (3)?. 

   How do you get a 17 year felony down to 6 months?. First thing is jump bond and go to a foreign country, (18),  stay gone for at least a week, come back and get a non court appointed attorney to take you in to give yourself up, The prosecutor has added another charge while you was gone to add to the original charges plus the jumping bond. I'm not sure how this works out but it sure cuts time off a sentence. Not as much as if I killed someone or threatened to with a gun to there head. Because I tried blowing the whistle on dirty cops, judges and prosecutors I'm not entitled work for them like this (Lupi)  retard either. ie, The Mexican drug dealers make extra money on the side setting up whistle blowers, while the whistle blowers get this! (19) 

   Now that the people in the military are whistle blowing I wonder what they are going to do to them that they're not already doing to them in the VA hospitals. I've got over the ordeal of the maggots pretty much. Been 16 years now and this is the first I've been able to recall it without freaking out. It helps to think about all the people that didn't survive the torture and retaliation that's dished out by the low-life scum on this site. And what it must be like for soldiers in combat that have to endure seeing the same things happen to there fallen comrades, being wounded themselves and can't do anything to help. I was recently told by one of the Doctors that has been treating me for the poisoning that the maggots most likely saved my life in several ways by eating the dead tissue keeping me from getting gangrene and infections. It ain't no picnic to be tortured at the hands of your captors, especially when it's the law and your a whistle blower. (16) Now that Michigan's finest has got the government to do there dirty work, I look for the bastards to raid my home and execute me and everyone in it, under the BS that I'm a terrorist or worse if they can think of it. This is the price one pays for freedom of speech if they survive and are able to function at all. Blowing the whistle on the military, government officials, cops, judges, prosecutors, the wealthy and any-one that any of these dirt-bags chose to protect is definitely a death sentence. Americans are scared to turn local, state and government officials in for anything for fear of retaliation.   

   When I first put this # on this site I got a lot of (I don't  believe it) type feed back. Now with the huge amount of drugs that is busted and viewed on tv every day and the huge amounts of money involved some people are saying things totally the opposite and telling me horror stories of there own. #.Cash busted in raids is supposed to go the state treasury. (after the narcs involved skim off the first half for retirement). Cars, toys etc. are used by the narcs (State Police) and then sold at auction with the money going to the state that funded everything in the first place. None of this can happen without the State Police. When one considers how Governor Granholm and State Attorney General Mike Cox looked the other way for Corona, and the dirty prosecutors. (15) Could they be sharing in the 100's of millions in drug money? (*). I believe it's way possible that they are using the state treasury to launder the money. I know that right now that sounds ludicrous, but so did police hit squads just 3 years ago. The State and Gov. does it this way while the Cities and Counties go through the county Credit Unions. (16)  With the crooks guarding the bank, the government, (DEA), Scamming the American people of over a billion a year, using that to make 10's of billions more off the American people by first planing the out come of a war, supplying the ammunition (drugs to the public), then announce that we are in a war on drugs. Same way we start wars all over the world. (*) 10's of millions are taken out of this account that don't have to be accounted for legally, for investigations, drug buys and undercover operations. All stuff the taxpayers already paid for. This account is supposed to be used to pay back the taxpayers. State Attorney general Cox is a republican and there is no way the Republicans are going to let go of that amount of money that doesn't have to be accounted for. When Fieger threw his hat in for Governor, Cox charged him with making illegal campaign contributions. Fieger had to actually go to court and show he didn't do anything illegal. The fight to get at these accounts are the only thing that makes either party want to do anything in Michigan.

   In August 2007, Fieger was indicted on federal charges of funneling illegal contributions to the campaign of Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards. Defended by famed defense attorney Gerry Spence, who announced this would be his last case, Fieger was acquitted of all charges on June 2, 2008.^[9].

    (8)Fieger  I've seen Mr. Fieger just one time, about a month before he took on this civil suite. He and then Gov. Engler was at a meeting, I was outside with a picket sign protesting Scotts murder. Fieger and Engler both looked at the sign and then at me, like thats nice.

   (X) : My personal experiences with these losers. Dr. Gary Roberts and his staff? My regular Dr. sent me to this jerks office for a sore and swollen foot, when I entered the waiting room I see several people, one is a young man on crutches with his leg in a cast. I go up to the office window and see a nasty looking woman. This woman looked like she hadn't bathed or combed her hair in months, I check in and ask her where the drinking fountain is, she nods her head to the stairs and says it's up those stairs, I asked her if there was a elevator, she snapped no! I asked her if there was any water down here? she snapped back, "that's the only water in the building If you will just sit down it won't be long and you will be seeing the doctor". I asked if I could get a drink in there, she said I told you the water is upstairs and slams the window shut. I go in the Dr's. office, after we talked about my foot I asked the doctor why the receptionist was so nasty to me? He says it's a two way street you know. I said I've never seen her before, He said do you want me to look at that or not. When I left the room I had to walk down a small hallway between the receptionists office and the doctors whatever, (not a nurse) She yells across the hall to the receptionist "I helped someone today, how about you? The receptionist yells back (making sure everyone in the waiting room could hear her) I tried but I just can't carry anyone up those stairs for water.

    (X) Dr. Jon Potter, and his bosses. This doctors office workers run the show, Dr. Potter is totally reliant on them and allows them to make medical decisions, cut medications and make it impossible to get the meds he prescribes, to control the patients that show up late or not at all and for just plain revenge for things in there private lives that has nothing to do with the patients they take it out on. They figure if they all stick together on there lies they don't have to pay for there mistakes and laziness. Lying is the norm.

   (X) Dr. Barbra Washington, I was seeing this Dr. for high blood pressure, I thought she had me on too high of a dose when I started having dizzy spells, finally I pass out in a store on a Friday afternoon, I knew I couldn't reach Dr. Washington's office till Tuesday. I cut the medication by half and called Washington's office, Her boss, (nurse) Scolded me big time and said to find another doctor, that Dr. Washington wouldn't see me again for not following her instructions. This was a stroke of luck rather than a stroke of the heart. It seems one of the pills she prescribed, depletes the body of Potassium, if I had stayed with her I would most likely of died from over medication and Potassium deficiency.

   (X) Dr. Carl Smoot, I've always felt one should be honest with there doctor. I told Dr. Smoot that I smoked pot once in a while and asked if that could interfere with my sleep. He made it clear he didn't like it and it interfered with everything. My next visit, the good Dr. has me wait while he rounds up 5 people, his office staff and a intern and parades them all into the office and asks me, Do you still smoke marijuana? I said every chance I get, especially if I'm alone or with somebody. (Doctor, patient privacy) For that wise crack the little pig billed me personally, turned me in to a collection agency and nagged me for almost a year. He had that much time before he had to bill my insurance co. to get his money. Roberts did the same thing for my saying complaining about his receptionist.

   (X) Dr. Ray Cameron, I went to this guy for a sinus problem. He asked me if I had any problems with a certain drug. I told him I couldn't take it and why, he goes into his office and sends his nurse? out with a script and sends me on my way. I go to the drug store and find it's the stuff I told him I couldn't take, I have the druggist call his office and they are told to tell me if I didn't want to take it, I didn't have to get it filled. The druggist said they had several of his patients that didn't want to take the scripts he ordered.

   (X) Dr. Marjorie Funtanilla, I missed a appointment at this Dr.s office. For punishment the Dr.s nurse cut my medication in half, stating this might remind me of my appointments. The druggist called for me and they rewrote the script for the right amount.

   (X) Dr. Stephen Slajus, I had an appointment with this Dr. but I never got to see him because of the receptionist. I hear Dr. Slajus is a good Dr. and will try again to see him. He has a office mgr. from out of state. She fired the the creepy receptionist, which is something a Yooper would never do.

   (X) Dr. James Batti, Dr. Batti is my family Dr., He is with a outfit out of Wisconsin, Bellin Health. It took me 18 mos. to get in to see him, he has a well deserved reputation of being honest and concerned with his patients. This man is someone one can respect and count on. The best of Dr.'s still have the  problem of getting decent help. I wanted to see a specialist in Ann Arbor Mi. for a second opinion from a Dr. my doctor had sent me to. One of his office staff told me the patients usually make there own appointments. Ann Arbor needs referrals so I had them fax the papers to my docs office, the lazy oinker didn't like the idea of someone forcing work on her so she messes with my medication refills. The drug store faxed my script to the office, no reply, faxed it in again 3 days later, still no reply from my Dr.'s office, 4 days later the drug store called it in and got it filled. A week without medication! I survived it OK, a lot of people have serious problems with such interruptions in there treatment while miss piggy pats herself on the back for the feeling of power she gets from messing with peoples lives. Either da Yooper nurses association or da Yooper office workers association has come up with this way of controlling patients and avoiding work.    (X) Shopko Pharmacy, The manager of this place, Craig Rogoni, said "they have to do something to make people keep there appointments, they lose a lot of money when they don't show". This was his reply when I asked him about interruptions in medication, and told him about miss piggy, (hope it ain't his wife) jerking me around, trying to control people by cutting there meds in half. Not to offend any of us overweight people when I say miss piggy I'm not referring to her appearance. It's the character or lack of.

   Most of these Dr.s, are DHC_systems, most have offices at the county hospital. All make the bulk of there fortunes off Medicare and Medicaid. My experiences are quit mild compared to a lot of people, If the lack of medication don't kill them the office staff will. By office staff I mean some of the nurses and office mgrs.

    (X) Dr. Dan Benishek, I went to Dr. Beniskek for a colonoscopy so I wouldn't have to drive 60 miles. I asked him how many he had done and if he ever punctured a colon. He said one of the of the last ones he did he took out a little too much meat with a polyp and had to go in and sew it up. That made sense to me, he is a surgeon. I have to say, Mr. Benishek was a honest man when I talked to him. 'As brutal as it sounded to me and as obnoxious as Mr. Benishek wanted me to know about him.. He was honest. At that time he was one of five surgeon's at DCH that did colonoscopys. He quit that to be a lobbyist, (run for congress).
