BEWARE OF MICHIGAN: The State of Michigan has two cities on the list of the most dangerous cities to live in in the United States. #1, Detroit, #3, Flint. Michigan is also the most dangerous place to live for ones health. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency scientists have recently reported that the largest concentration of Dioxin contamination ever found in the United States has been found in Michigan. Milton Clark,  a health and science expert at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Chicago office stated, "I'd be surprised if there's not more surprises out there." In 2007 Michigan was the only state where poverty rose (to 14%) and incomes fell. The U.S. census Bureau reported Tuesday Aug. 08. To see just how lax a state can be on public health issues click here, (pg.13) (U of M) All along the Mi., Wis. border, entering from Wi. are signs stating (WELCOME TO PURE MICHIGAN) with-in a mile of three of the border crossing signs Michigan people are required to boil the drinking water. 

    Here are just a few more of the ingredients that makes Michigan the most dangerous, undesirable and unhealthy place to live in the entire United States. Michigan spends more money on prisons than it spends on education, Michigan spends $1.19 on corrections for every $1.00 it spends on education, (according to a new report). If a child is disruptive in class, can't get along with a teacher or his/her classmates, has a medical, learning or behavioral problem or any problem that may require special treatment or special education that can cost the school extra money, then a teacher, principal, counselor or anyone involved with the school simply tells the parents to keep the child at home and educate him/her there. There are no mandatory check-ups to see if the child is being taught. There is no testing of any kind, no follow-up of any kind on the child's welfare. The Department of Human Services, (Child Protection Agency), has no authority on child neglect, (educational neglect cases), at all. If a private citizen is concerned, they are told the same thing in cases that involve crimes when they go to the police, you do the investigating, you take the risks, you get the proof, then file a complaint with the proper authorities and we will see what can be done. Equal protection under Michigan law, (pg.20)

     Companies are given tax free status to locate in Michigan with a nod from local and state government to disregard U.S. Environmental Law and any state laws that may infringe on how they do business. Local and state courts have ruled that it is legal for local and state police to lie and make false statements on criminal complaints, as well as lie under oath in court trials. It is legal for prosecutors and lawyers to use threats on witness's lives to force plea-bargains in criminal cases and settlements in civil cases, (pg.8). Companies doing business in Michigan are NOT required to have insurance on the public. (pg.19) Michigan has also abolished a law that a citizen has the right to resist illegal arrest and seizure. Actively enforcing the law as to resisting arrest means shooting unarmed suspects in the back while they're running away, (resisting arrest). ON PAGE 2:, are statements that have been printed in newspapers that tell of the consequences and suffering of the citizens in a state that manipulates the laws of the land for the greed of the state and the revenge and hatred of the police and judges who have put themselves above those laws. The rest of this page and this web site is my personal experience with the State of Michigan and my desire to do the right thing in the only way I knew then and now.

      Starting on page 14 is a brief description of the events leading up to me being tortured and the murder of Scott Burrow by the Sheriffs goons and the murder of Lambert Chapman by a gov. informant drug dealer. You will see what appears to be some name calling through out this site. It's not name calling. It is merely a description of people who cannot be described in any other way without some very disgusting, derogatory words that I don't use in public. ie the names I use to describe these derelicts are very watered down to give some idea of just what they are as human beings, "Like way less than ZERO".

     All of the following is first hand knowledge. All is provable by pictures, video recordings, taped recordings, notarized statements, court documents, eyewitnesses, polygraphs and compelling circumstantial evidence.

     I was hiding from these officers, not because of any wrong doing on my part, but because of what I know and their promise to kill me. I'm just not able to run anymore. My health is giving out from being tortured in jail, (under false charges). I'm broke from having to hire lawyers to defend me from the police and judges conspiring together to put me back in jail. I know when they do they will make sure I don't survive. If I was an Iraqi held by U.S. forces for killing Americans, my torture would not have been near as severe as it was for trying to get some dirty cops and judges busted here in the U.S. Nor could I have laid on the jail cell floor dying for 37 days with a hemoglobin of 4.0. The only advice I got from the jail doctor was, (pg.19) "You had better take the plea-bargain and get your ass to a hospital, you're dying". The only thing the jail nurse could say was "you did tell on the sheriff you know". I was kicked, deprived of toilet paper, my meals thrown on me, mops and buckets thrown at me, forced to lie on the cement floor without a mattress, foam coming out of my mouth, blood and puss oozing out of my rectum, open festering bed sores with maggots (23) crawling in them, sores on my wrists, elbows, knees and hips, hip bones and knee bones exposed, thrown into the shower with hot water and soap ground into the exposed bone and tissue to flush out the maggots. Bones further ground down by shoe heels ground into them by the deputies and from being dragged across the cement floors. (Unable to stand or walk), too weak to even cry out from the excruciating pain. I now have to take medication for the rest of my life because of what they did to me. I was deprived of seeing my family for 4 months. One month of that was while I lay dying in the prison hospital. Authorities in the U.S. can torture people for years if they so desire and can keep them alive that long. There is absolutely no (/) one to turn to for help. Political prisoners are tortured to death. Their witnesses are killed in the jails before they can testify. If anyone should survive, (as I have), and goes to the F.B.I., the F.B.I. refuses to interview them for three years or more after the victim contacts them to dismiss the victims complaints because of the statute of limitations expiring.

I've been living in a small town in Michigan's upper peninsula, hoping to avoid the police officers who have threatened to kill me. That all changed on June 21st. (pg.9). I'm putting down the following names and some of the crimes that are committed daily by the police who are involved in threatening my life. Michigan State Police trooper Kevin Provost (9) is guilty of conspiracy, lying under oath and purchasing alcohol for minors. State Police trooper Jaime Corona  (15) (17) (20) and his narcotics team rob the drug dealers they investigate and then sell the drugs.^Others who are involved include Shiawassee Co. Judge Gerald Lostracco (pg.20), Prosecutor Randy Colbry (2009 up-date) also of Shiawassee Co. Both are guilty of conspiracy involving murder and extortion and allowing the judge's wife's drug dealer to be acquitted of murdering an informant who was trying to get information on her and the Judge. Judge Lostracco uses his court for extortion and aiding and abetting his friends who are involved in drug deals and murder. Shiawassee County Sheriff A. James LaJoye. LaJoye is guilty of stealing taxpayers money, taking bribes, aiding drug dealers and conspiracy to murder. #(23)# State Police trooper Kevin Provost is the one I'm most worried about from something he recently told me indicating that he is a member of the Mi. State Police secret hit squads #. (pg.9), (pg.11), (12).  Others who are involved who have been and are still up to no good - Geoffrey Fieger (pg.8) and Governor Jennifer Granholm. (GITMO.pg.11) Both are partially to blame for the threats on my life, (Detroit News). This communist rag sheet sends reporters to interview victims under the pretense of wanting to help them, when in reality the reporter's real agenda is to get the victims to hand over their proof against the police, judges and prosecutors. They tell the victims that they will copy everything and return everything. When the victims call because they never hear from the sleazy misfits again, they're told by the reporter's editor that the reporter in question has been sent on a overseas assignment and they don't know when he will be back.
